Cancellation Policy
Time had specifically been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or message at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the total service amount you requested upon booking.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to insert your card information into the booking app. Your card will be on file in case you would like to pay for your services with the card on file. It will also be used in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes for your appointment it is considered a no-show and you will be charged. All no shows will be charged 100% of their appointment.
3 consecutive cancellations and you will no longer be able to make appointments.
